Join our Australian Steel Markets business in our Customer Service Team as an Account Coordinator based in Acacia Ridge, QLD. In this dynamic role, you will be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of valued customer accounts, maintaining our high standards of service delivery. What Will You Do?
In this varied and high-impact role, you will:
* be the primary point of contact and trusted advocate for your customer portfolio, owning the end-to-end customer experience
* partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver smart, timely solutions aligned to customer needs and business outcomes
* provide customers with clear, real-time updates on product and service matters, building confidence through proactive communication
* dig into customer data, trends and feedback to uncover insights, identify opportunities and help shape better customer experiences
* identify system and process improvements, contributing ideas and supporting change that makes life easier for customers and internal teams

You're an energetic and passionate customer service professional who genuinely enjoys solving problems and improving processes. You bring a proactive, collaborative mindset and take pride in delivering a standout experience. You'll also have:
* experience in a customer service or account coordination environment
* confidence in relationship management, including navigating challenges and resolving issues with empathy and clarity
* excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and thoughtfully
* strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* a customer-first mindset, paired with curiosity, you like asking \"why\", exploring patterns and using information to find better solutions
* comfort working with digital platforms, data and reporting, and an openness to evolving systems, processes and ways of working
