About the Role:
The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the Commercial Finance & Planning Manager to provide commercial analytical support. You'll work closely with the broader Finance Team and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes for Monash IVF Group.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing a business partnership model with stakeholders to inform operational and strategic decisions.
* Preparing and presenting regular financial reports with insightful commentary.
* Monitoring and reviewing performance comparisons, including budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
* Assisting with financial accounting requirements, including month-end financials, CAPEX, treasury, and cash flow management.
Ideally, you'll bring:
* 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
* Data modelling and analysis skills, along with data visualisation expertise.
* Collaborative partnerships and strong commercial acumen.
* A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to better outcomes.
