About Our Client

Job Description
* Provide professional and timely support to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Assist with order processing, inventory, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as required.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues and deliveries.
* Deliver product and service information to customers clearly and effectively.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
The Successful Applicant
* A number of years experience in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* SAP experience.
* Salesforce experience preferred.
* Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
