Job Description
Spread Joy, by joining our Volunteer Team!
As a HammondCare Arts & Crafts Assistant Volunteer, you'll be helping fortnightly on a Thursday morning, by inviting, bringing and encouraging residents to participate in arts & crafts, serving tea & coffee. And helping them to return to their cottage for lunch afterwards.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Fortnightly on a Thursday morning between 10am-12pm
