Leading Sunshine Coast property and commercial law firm is seeking a conveyancing assistant to join our dynamic team to assist with residential conveyancing.
We are looking for a dependable member of the team who can think on their feet and who is a team player. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in assisting our senior conveyancer handle the day-to-day running of our residential conveyancing files.
Skills & Experience:
* Some previous experience in a conveyancing role is preferred
* Some understanding of aspects of residential transactions
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Experience with LEAP Legal software is advantageous;
* Positive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team; and
* Have a high level of organisation and attention to detail
* Skilled in managing priorities in fast-paced environments
