Job Summary
This is a highly autonomous role for an experienced property manager to oversee the full end-to-end management of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of a diverse portfolio of properties
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Conduct private and open inspections (mid-week and rostered Saturdays)
* Process rental applications and prepare tenancy files
* Complete condition reports, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Manage maintenance requests, repairs, and bond releases
* Assist with landlord payments and arrears management
* Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
* Support the growth of the rental portfolio through appraisals and securing new listings
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management
* Current Representatives Certificate
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices
* Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
* Attention to detail and proficiency in computer software
* Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
