* Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with enterprise customers and partners.
* Support sales and partnership teams to develop business strategies and negotiate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Partnerships Legal Support
o Negotiate vendor agreements and master services/master partnership agreements.
o Assist the sales team with new opportunities, RFPs, and deal structuring.
2. Employment and HR Legal Support
o Advise on employment-related issues across regions.
o Support employment documentation, policies, and regional employee relations.
3. Corporate Governance & Compliance
o Manage corporate governance and entity management across subsidiaries.
4. General Legal Affairs
o Act as the primary legal advisor for all legal matters within the region.
o Liaise with global colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience as a legal counsel in a SaaS or technology company.
* Expertise in SaaS sales and commercial contracts, licensing, and data mapping.
* Familiarity with employment law, data privacy law, and/or corporate governance matters.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle competing priorities.
