Project Support Officer Role
The Project Support Officer is responsible for providing support to the Field Service Operations Manager, Coordinators, Estimators, Team Leaders, Administrators, and the Field Service team.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing processes, procedures, and operational documentation to increase efficient delivery of HV Service to customers.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent/higher relevant qualifications (essential)
* Project Management qualifications (desirable)
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience using electronic project/cost management systems
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syteline)
* Exposure to engineering/trade field service environment in an administrative, planning, trade, or production support role
