**About the role**
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Officer to join our team at Clive Burdeu Aged Care Service. In this role you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will support our team with a range of administrative tasks.
In this role you will:
- Manage Reception
- Handle enquiries
- Maintaining records
- Managing staff rosters and training records
**About you**
You have exceptional communication skills - strong verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders, with attention to detail, accuracy in maintaining records and handling administrative tasks.
You exhibit organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently and work independent in a busy environment, and provide essential support to the management team onsite.

Your experience and qualifications for this role should include:
- Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent;
- Computer Literacy - competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
- Experience in staff rostering requirements and rostering software is highly regarded.
- Customer Focus - friendly and approachable with strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents, staff and visitors
- Adaptability - flexible in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
- National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
