Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Change and Communications Consultant, located in Perth, WA, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Consultant will design and implement change and communication strategies, create key messaging, prepare materials such as press releases, and execute strategic communication plans. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating change initiatives, and ensuring effective project execution to achieve business transformation goals.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Communication, Corporate Communications, and Strategic Communications
* Experience in developing and distributing Press Releases as part of communication campaigns
* Strong skills in Project Management, including coordinating and executing change initiatives
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
* Prior experience in business consultancy and change management is highly desirable
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or other relevant fields
* Familiarity with governance, risk management, or organizational design is a plus
