Key Responsibilities
* Assessing and managing emergency presentations across all acuity levels
* Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior medical staff
* Participating in teaching, training, and clinical governance activities
* Contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Supporting departmental leadership and service development (senior roles)
Requirements
* Fellowship with an appropriate college (e.g., FACEM) or equivalent experience (for specialist roles)
* Current medical registration (or eligibility) in Australia
* Demonstrated experience in Emergency Medicine
* Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills
* Commitment to education, quality improvement, and patient-centred care
