AS WE USE ONLY NATURAL INGREDIENTS (NO PREMIXES) AND SMALLER FLOUR MILLS, YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE AN INTEREST IN THE ARTISAN APPROACH, WHICH INVOLVES HAND MOULDING AND A DESIRE TO HELP CREATE PRODUCTS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE POSITIVE HEALTH.
YOU WILL ENJOY A GOOD WORK/LIFESTYLE BALANCE; SHIFTS ARE USUALLY OF 8 HOURS DURATION, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6 AM AND 10 PM, WITH WEEKEND AND EVENING WORK DETERMINED BY A ROTATING ROSTER.
THIS POSITION IS OFFERED AS A PERMANENT POSITION TO ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS, AFTER A PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
