PAC Digital Marketing & Transformation Leader
This role can be base either in Sydney or Melbourne
We are seeking an exceptional digital marketing leader to spearhead our Pacific region digital transformation at Marsh McLennan. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
We will count on you to:
* Execute large-scale digital marketing programs by developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns across the Pacific region, ensuring measurable impact on lead generation and conversion.
* Bridge regional and global priorities by gathering PAC-specific requirements and advocating for regional needs while aligning with global COE standards.
* Excel at stakeholder management, building strong relationships with regional business leaders, global COE teams, and local marketing units to drive consensus and adoption.
* Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities and driving change management initiatives that transform our digital marketing approach.
* Drive data-driven campaign optimization by implementing robust measurement frameworks and continuously refining strategies to maximize ROI.
What you need to have:
* Proven track record in developing digital strategies and hands-on campaign execution, managing complex programs across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
* Deep expertise in B2B digital marketing campaigns across all channels (SEM, SEO, social, email, marketing automation) with success in demand generation and lead nurturing.
* Exceptional project management skills with experience leading multiple initiatives in matrix organizations, including change management and transformation projects.
* Strong analytical and communication capabilities to translate technical digital requirements into business objectives, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
