We're partnering with a highly regarded Australian organisation embarking on a significant finance transformation and operating model uplift. As part of this program, we're seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep finance, accounting, and FP&A process understanding to support the rollout of new forecasting and planning capabilities, including the implementation of an EPM. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modernised, data-driven finance function. As a Senior BA, you'll operate at the intersection of Finance and Technology, supporting the delivery of: Enhancements to forecasting, budgeting and planning processes Implementation support and business readiness for the EPM Requirements gathering across Finance, FP&A, Group Reporting and Business Partnering teams Process mapping for current-state and future-state finance processes Data validation, reconciliation and support for functional testing Embedding new ways of working across the finance community Supporting change management and training activities Coordinating with finance SMEs, architects and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs You will thrive in this role if you bring: Strong finance knowledge - ideally CA/CPA qualified or equivalent experience A background in financial accounting, reporting, analysis or planning Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst on finance or transformation projects Exposure to EPM/CPM tools Strong process analysis and documentation skills Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at senior levels Experience working in large, complex organisations Joining this program means playing a key role in a high-visibility finance transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders to help shape the future of the finance function.
