Join one of Australia's leading family-owned home builders in a key leadership role overseeing medium-density and multi-residential construction sites. You'll manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met — with the support of a collaborative, solutions-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site operations across multiple builds, coordinating trades, suppliers, and inspections
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
* Maintain site presentation, safety, and public access areas
* Use ClickHome to manage documentation, forecasting, and progress tracking
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with the Construction Manager and fellow Site Managers to resolve challenges and share insights
About You
* Proven experience in residential or medium-density construction
* Strong understanding of site supervision, safety regulations, and building codes
* Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable using construction software (ClickHome preferred)
* Current driver's licence and relevant building qualifications
