We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team based at Smithfield, NSW.
The Role
Respond to inbound enquiries for service and warranty work within 24 hours, and provide advice, knowledge and fault findingDevelop business relationships with customers being diligent, helpful and friendlyEffectively prioritise and reprioritise jobs for Field Service Technicians to completeProcess warranty claims for pumps and send to suppliersTroubleshoot and diagnose the service requirements prior to sending the Field Services Technicians or external supplierRecord interactions with customer and maintain accurate recordsProvide details product information and quotation to new and existing customers in a timely mannerProvide follow-up communication with new, existing and potential customersProcessing Jobs, Sales Orders, Sales Quotes and ensuring accurate data entry into LN InforProvide information and training on fault finding and resolution of pump and tank issues to the wider Kingspan teamCooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the sameDevelop employee awareness of product compliance obligationsActively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits
About You
Experience handling customer enquiries and diagnosing faults in a customer service or service and warranty environmentExperience in scheduling and allocation of work to service technicians or similarExperience using Microsoft Excel, Dynamics and related specialist softwareEffective time management skills with the ability to prioritiseAbility to change, adapt and continuously improve
