About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a driven and proactive Territory Sales Manager to spearhead new business development and drive growth across Victoria, Western Australia, Northern Territory, and New Zealand. What You’ll Do: Take full ownership of and proactively grow a high-potential sales territory encompassing VIC, WA, NT, and NZ, focusing on acquiring new business and broadening our customer base Target enterprise and government sectors, uncovering opportunities and delivering tailored sales strategies that resonate with unique customer needs Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals—ensuring consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets Build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level stakeholders, positioning Thales as the partner of choice in digital security and advanced technology solutions. Provide accurate sales forecasting, strategic account planning, and maintain robust customer data within Salesforce CRM Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that innovative and comprehensive solutions are delivered seamlessly to clients Travel across your designated regions and key customer sites to cultivate strong, long-lasting business relationships. Who You Are: A results-oriented individual with a proven track record in enterprise sales and new business development Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with executive decision-makers Skilled at creating and executing strategic sales plans tailored to diverse markets and customer profiles Excellent communicator and relationship builder with the ability to inspire trust and influence outcomes Experienced in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and reporting Good to Know Prior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment policy and (role-depending) medical checks.
