The role:
We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our Corporate Services team. In this role, you’ll optimise business processes, manage NDIS claims, and support revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include analysing workflows, ensuring compliant invoicing and claim submissions, supporting project planning, creating process maps, and responding to enquiries related to claiming, invoicing, and payments.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Experience in revenue, billing or claims processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and improve business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Carelink or Business Central is a plus
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and legislation

- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Victorian Driver's License
