Job Title: Transformation Programme Director
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in test management and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive test strategy aligned with programme delivery milestones.
* Creating and maintaining detailed test plans, test schedules, and test traceability matrices.
* Defining test entry and exit criteria, acceptance protocols, and defect management procedures.
* Collaborating with functional leads and SMEs to prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
* Setting up and managing defect triage and resolution processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Leading regular test progress reporting and escalating blockers and risks through programme governance.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of experience in test management, preferably in complex transformation or ERP implementations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional testing efforts involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
