About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Funeral Arranger to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Funerals. This role involves assisting clients in arranging direct cremations or funeral services for their loved ones.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to inbound calls from prospective clients with urgent or immediate needs for direct cremations or funeral services.
2. Coordinating logistics and paperwork required for cremations.
3. Working closely with families to plan and coordinate all aspects of a funeral service in greater Melbourne, providing guidance on available options and implementing the chosen plan.
4. Maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
A core aspect of this role is achieving sales targets by building strong rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and credibility.
This is a full-time position based in Gardenvale, Victoria.

While prior experience as a Funeral Arranger is not necessary, you may have relevant skills and attributes that can be adapted to this role. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
