Family Services Administration Assistants
Casual Position
Salary Range: $46.57 per hour plus 12% superannuation
Locations: Work across multiple locations - Moe, Morwell & Traralgon

We are seeking motivated and organised Administration Assistants to join our Family Services Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital support role within programs that make a meaningful difference to children, families and the wider community.
About The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide efficient, professional and responsive administrative support to the Family Services team. The role is diverse and rewarding, involving a broad range of administrative, secretarial and program support functions, including the use of computer applications and regular liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a key point of contact for the department, helping to ensure our services operate smoothly, efficiently and with a strong customer service focus.
About You
You are a proactive and enthusiastic administrator who takes pride in delivering high-quality support. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are willing to assist with the regular review and evaluation of administrative systems, including standard forms, correspondence and record-keeping processes, to ensure they remain efficient, effective and customer focused.
You communicate clearly and professionally, building positive relationships with a wide range of people while maintaining a high standard of public relations and confidentiality.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated administrative experience in a busy office environment
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a diverse range of people
* Proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office applications
* A strong understanding of, and commitment to, maintaining confidentiality
* A demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
Pre-Employment Requirements
