**Qualifications & experience**
- Building construction and civil experience (minimum of 3 years in a similar position).
- Plan reading and site level interpretation.
- Machine operating experience excavator.
- LR license and experience preferred.
- Forklift license and experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills preferred.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Conducting field and laboratory tests of construction materials and soils
- Preparing sketches and tabulations
- Collecting and analysing data
- Interpreting geo tech reports
- Assisting in estimating costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions.
**Salary**: $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Building construction and civil: 3 years (preferred)
