Overview
Lumus Imaging, a national diagnostic imaging provider, is hiring a Medical Receptionist in Nundah. The role is a hybrid position combining working from home and on-site work as part of a larger team. The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and practitioners, providing reception services and supporting a positive patient experience during medical imaging appointments.
Responsibilities
- Customer service and care
- Scheduling procedures and scans
- General clerical duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking

Site Information
Our Nundah clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:30pm, and Saturdays 8:00–12:00pm (Saturday shifts may include penalty rates). Travel to our sister clinic in Sandgate is required for all Medical Reception team members.
