We're currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical warehouse team based in South Townsville. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking for stable, ongoing work.
About the Role
Ongoing casual position with consistent hours (28–36 hours per week) in a supportive team environment, with full on-the-job training provided.
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 12:00pm – 8:00pm (flexibility required)
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical products
* Operate RF scanners
* Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
* Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and packing for extended periods
What We're Looking For
* Previous warehouse and/or pick packing experience
* RF scanning experience (preferred)
* LF or LO licence (advantageous, not essential)
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Reliable transport
Successful Applicants Must Have
* Full Australian working rights
* Ability to pass a National Police Check and Drug & Alcohol test
* Own PPE (safety boots and high-vis shirt/vest)
