We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at The Brook Eatery. If you are passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a fast-paced café environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
* Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
* Maintain consistency and quality in all drinks
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Take orders and handle payments using the POS system
* Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
* Assist with general front of house duties when required
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Skills & Requirements
* Previous barista experience preferred
* Ability to make coffee confidently during busy periods
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well presented
* Availability to work weekends and peak hours
