This exciting and inspirational national organisation has had one of its long-standing and valuable employees move on for personal reasons. They are now seeking an experienced Credit Officer to join their finance team on a part-time, job share basis.
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, you will be responsible for;
* Credit Collections on a national basis, approximately 700 active accounts
* Reconciliation of customer accounts
* Checking accounts for any errors
* Monitor and manage payment arrangements
* Dealing with internal stakeholders to assist with the resolution of queries and issues.
* Ensuring adherence to customers' spending with their credit limits and working with sales staff to ensure they are aware of limits
About You
You'll be a confident and articulate communicator, able to negotiate and influence while maintaining positive relationships. You'll have at least 3 years' experience in a similar high-volume credit or collections role, a knack for problem-solving, and the resilience to manage competing priorities.
