**Pay**:
- Around $45 per hour (pay will be commensurate with experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping personnel to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
- Procure necessary materials for landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage in hands-on work approximately 50% of the time, leading by example and demonstrating best practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
**Requirements**:
- Punctual, energetic, and organized with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel within the Sunshine Coast region, with occasional work in Brisbane and Ballina.
- Possession of own tools is advantageous.
