About this role
* Provide strategic operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive services
* Oversee community health programs, guide teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve positive patient outcomes
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing community and primary health teams and services
* Driving innovation in models of care, governance, and quality improvement
* Ensuring culturally safe care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
