About The Role:
In this role, you will partner with your Store Manager to drive the team with passion and purpose, coaching them to cultivate high performance. You will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of your store, manage the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.

* Create exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty to the brand and your store
* Drive your stores' performance and deliver results to financial budgets and targets
* Maximise sales and profitability by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operation
* Prioritise time, tasks and processes for the best return on investment
* Nurture a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed through feedback, coaching, training, and recognition
