- **The role**
Reporting to the AR Team Leader, this full time temp to perm role will enable you to become part of a high performing full function AR team. You will be responsible for the collection of overdue accounts via outbound collection calls and providing outstanding service to a loyal customer base. The role will be comprised of;
- **Duties**
- Invoicing/Receipting
- Managing large number of accounts (approx. 1500)
- Creating new accounts
- Customer service via online portals
- Ascertaining credit viability of customers
- Outbound Collections
- Maintaining large ledger
- Banking/allocations
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit queries
- Stop supply
- Weekly credit reporting
- Raising credit notes/returns
- Liaising with other departments/sales teams re credit claims
