About the Role

About You

You're an experienced Administrator with experience supporting the employee journey from recruitment through to onboarding and beyond (ideally). In this fast‐paced, people‐focused role, you'll manage key administrative tasks including recruitment coordination, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records across multiple systems, all while delivering a positive candidate and employee experience. We're looking for someone highly organised, detail‐oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for people. If you value compassion, respect, and teamwork and want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role, you'll need

* A minimum of 12 months in a similar HR support role would be preferable.
* Strong administrative experience and experience supporting the onboarding of new employees within a large organisation.

* Skilled in stakeholder communication and providing a positive candidate experience.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in fast‐paced, confidential environments.

What's in it for me?

* A very family‐friendly and supportive organisation.
* A competitive remuneration package that includes not‐for‐profit salary packaging up to $18,550 (tax‐free) – increases your take‐home pay by decreasing the amount of tax you pay.
* Work by the coast in one of WA's most beautiful regions.
