We're Seeking a Full-Time ECT (38 hrs/week) to Join Our Banksia Room You'll be the dedicated Early Childhood Teacher in our Banksia Room, supporting children aged 3–6 years in a beautiful, play-rich kinder environment. Working alongside a team of passionate educators, you'll plan, guide, and deliver a high-quality program that encourages curiosity, creativity, agency, and belonging.
What We're Looking For:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Current VIT registration (provisional or full)
* A commitment to child-led, play-based learning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, professional, and reflective approach
* Passion for creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Leading the kinder program for children aged 3–6 in the Banksia Room
* Creating inspiring, inclusive, and responsive learning environments
* Building strong, respectful relationships with families and colleagues
* Contributing to documentation, planning cycles, and reflective practice
* Upholding the National Quality Framework and service values
* Supporting a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
