Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate multiple trades on the factory floor
* Ensure materials and deliveries are organised for smooth workflow
* Conduct inductions and enforce onsite safety and quality standards
* Carry out ITPS and maintain production records
* Keep the factory and yard tidy
* Perform hands-on tasks as required, including forklift work
Hours & Conditions:
* Standard: Mon–Fri 7am–3pm (with some 7am–5pm when required)
* Occasional weekends 7am–3pm during busy periods
* Overtime is paid separately on top of the base salary
Your Profile
Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced carpenter or tradesperson ready to lead without going office-bound
* Strong communicator with a practical, "can-do" attitude
* Flexible and reliable, willing to put in the effort when it counts
