Senior Mental Health Clinician Opportunity
The Gladstone Crisis Support Space (CSS) is a unique mental health service that provides an alternative to the Emergency Department in a therapeutic, non-clinical environment. As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you will be the clinical lead in supporting peer-led services for individuals presenting in crisis.
The CSS is a collaborative effort with local hospitals, mental health teams, primary health providers, and community organizations to reduce symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery. Your role will involve providing clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced leadership, while supporting peer workers to lead and navigate individuals through their time at the CSS.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate authority to practice as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
