CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Traffic Controllers for our clients Defence Projects based in Darwin, NT. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, plant, and personnel within a high-security work environment while maintaining strict compliance with site protocols and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage traffic control plans in accordance with site and regulatory requirements Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around the worksite Communicate effectively with site supervisors, workers, and the public to maintain safe operations Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control signage and equipment Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic management strategies as required Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 12 months experience in traffic control or a similar role Proven experience working on civil, construction, or infrastructure projects Experience operating in high-risk or controlled environments (defence or government sites highly regarded) Strong understanding of WHS requirements and traffic management procedures Valid Traffic Controller licence (NT or transferable) White Card (Construction Induction Card) Ability to obtain or provide a current clear Police Check What We Can Offer: Highly competitive pay rates | $39P/H pens Weekly Pay Continued Support from a Dedicated Celotti Recruiter.
