**Your next opportunity**
Based in Montrose VIC 3765, we are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to join our team as an Asphalt Laboratory Supervisor.
**Your day will involve**:
- Supervise a small team of technicians to support Asphalt testing
- Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manuals
- Calibrate laboratory equipment as required
- Maintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operations
- Proactively promote process improvement

- A commitment to safety and quality
- Previous construction materials laboratory testing experience
- Well-developed skills and understanding of computer systems for monitoring and reporting data
- Good communication, time management and organisation skills
- Knowledge of Australian and Industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and promote a healthy team environment
