We are seeking a Lead Educator/ Educational Leader for the Toddler room to support children's growth, learning, and development in a safe, joyful, and engaging environment.
Our purpose-built spaces foster age-appropriate learning, play, and creativity in a bright, welcoming setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement a high-quality, inclusive educational program that fosters learning and development.
* Support children's growth by creating a happy, safe, and nurturing environment where they can learn and have fun.
* Engage actively in professional and personal development opportunities.
* Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's values and educational philosophy.
Job Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
* Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Standard & My Time, Our Place
