About the role
This 8‐month fixed‐term opportunity is ideal for an experienced, self‐sufficient HR Business Partner with strong ER/IR capability. You will lead key people initiatives, provide trusted advice to operational leaders, and work predominantly on site at Ingleburn.
* Lead the implementation of strategic operational initiatives, including talent acquisition, organisational change, and embedding new ways of working.
* Deliver professional, timely support across key HR functions such as employee relations, remuneration, workforce planning, HRIS, performance, L&D and change management.
* Partner with operational leaders as a trusted advisor, coaching them on team effectiveness, talent development, organisational design and driving a high‐performance culture.
* Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to design and deliver annual HR programs, tailored people strategies and streamlined ways of working aligned with business needs.
* Influence and challenge leaders constructively to improve business outcomes, while providing coaching across all levels of management.
* Build strong relationships across Operations and HR to ensure alignment, context sharing and effective cross‐functional collaboration.
* Lead workplace investigations, manage grievances, negotiate EBAs and provide expert guidance on disputes, terminations and unfair dismissal processes.
* Prepare and present key HR metrics and insights, and lead or contribute to CSR change initiatives such as transformation programs, cost reviews, diversity initiatives and talent / performance cycles.
What you bring to the role
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a complex or matrix environment.
* Proven ability to think critically, develop innovative solutions, and manage multiple complex priorities.
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing capability and a demonstrated coaching mindset.
* Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, constructive leadership qualities and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* Experience in organisational change, strategic HR development and navigating cross‐functional groups.
