About the Opportunity
As a Casual Chef or Cook, you'll work flexible hours whilst contributing to our mission of providing compassionate healthcare. You'll be part of a supportive kitchen team dedicated to delivering meals that promote healing and wellbeing across our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and special needs
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
* Follow menu planning guidelines and portion control procedures
* Assist with stock management and kitchen maintenance
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Chef with relevant culinary training
* Experience in healthcare, aged care, or institutional cooking preferred
* Strong understanding of food safety standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
