Part-Time 2-Days Mother's Helper Nanny - Rozelle NSW

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm ( Flexible to discuss)

Days: Any 1 to 3 days per week (start at 2 days, flexible for 1-3 days per week, with transition to 4-5 days a week next year)

Children: B1

Pay: $35-$40 per hour

Location: In person

When mum is not around, the nanny will focus her care on the baby. Responsibilities include following the routine and engaging in educational activities, preparing meals for the child, feeding the baby with formula or baby food, changing nappies, bathing, preparing bottles, taking walks to the park, and playing. When mum is home or while the baby is napping, the nanny will assist with light house chores such as tidying the play area and house, cleaning up after meals, laundry, and resetting the kitchen.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist mum in taking care of the baby
• Building a strong relationship with the baby and the family
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
• Being proactive with light household chores
• Preparing nutritious meals for the baby
• Undertaking additional/occasional duties when requested
• Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the baby

Qualifications & Experience

• Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
• A minimum of 3+ years experience working full‐time with children
• A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
• Current National Criminal Record Check
• Excellent communication skills
