* Salary range: $39.86 to $58.59 p.h. (HP3/Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
As a clinician working in the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service (ATODS), you will provide a broad range of base level assessments and interventions to individuals, their families and groups in the context of minimising harm from substance use at all levels within the Townsville geographical area.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
* Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
* For Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work : Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification (tertiary degree or equivalent) and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
* Ongoing professional development relevant to the delivery of specialist Mental Health Services to maintain appropriate registration and/or association requirements is a requirement of all staff within the MHSG.
* All employees of the Mental Health Service Group (MHSG) may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
* This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
