Role Description
We are hiring a full‐time Software Engineer based in Brisbane, QLD. In this role you will design, develop, test and maintain software solutions that power automated workflows and intelligent business systems. You will build scalable applications, integrate AI models into production environments and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver impactful client outcomes. The position also involves ownership of continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical challenges and staying informed on advancements in AI and software engineering technologies.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Computer Science and software development principles
* Proficiency in backend web development and programming languages
* Hands‐on experience with object‐oriented programming (OOP)
* Experience working with AI technologies (e.g., building, fine‐tuning or integrating models into applications)
* Ability to develop or customise AI‐driven features such as automations, analytics, and model‐based decision systems
* Familiarity with building and consuming APIs
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
