Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Blue Mountains area.
About the Role:
* Conduct comprehensive functional assessments with individuals in their homes and community environments.
* Develop personalized, meaningful goals informed by real-life routines and support needs.
* Provide expert recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school, and work settings.
* Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
* Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
* Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
* Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
