Job Summary
The ANZ Hills Helpline team is a trusted part of the Professional Veterinary Affairs team, creating relationships and championing the Hills brand. We are more than a contact centre; we are a team of dedicated Vet Nurse Professionals who are passionate about providing expert advice and support.
You will provide support for consumers across Australia and New Zealand through our omnichannel model. Ensuring Pet Parents and Vet Healthcare team members are getting the right advice at the right time. Additionally, you will foster close working relationships with our Sales Teams, Professional Vet Team, and Marketing Team, championing a number of key Hill's programs.
With a wide product range to help both sick and well pets, understanding the nutritional benefits of each diet will ensure that Pet Parents and the Vet Healthcare team are getting the most appropriate advice for their pets and patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Empathetic Pet-centric Conversations: Engage in compassionate and helpful interactions with Pet Parents and Vet Healthcare Team members, embodying our company values and prioritising the well‐being of pets.
* Expertise in Nutrition: Navigate our extensive product range to support both sick and healthy pets, offering tailored advice based on a deep understanding of the nutritional benefits of each diet.
* Customer Support: Respond to Vet Healthcare Team and Pet Parent enquiries through phone, email, and social channels with professionalism and efficiency. Assist our wider internal teams to ensure our brand is growing in Australia and New Zealand.
* Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify issues before they arise and develop efficient shortcuts to resolve these. Contribute to a small local team environment, working collaboratively within our global business.
* Project Delivery: Work in a cross‐functional manner on a range of local and global projects that will deliver best‐in‐class Pet Parent and Vet Healthcare Team customer experiences.
About you
* Diploma Cert IV in Veterinary nursing or Scientific degree
* Experience in small animal practice
* Passion for small animal nutrition

* Work Environment: This role is based in our new central Sydney office with support for hybrid work arrangements. Regular weekly office attendance is expected.
