About The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences across our Fraud and Scam Management Platform. You'll lead discovery and design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are both desirable and technically feasible.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery and research to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy
* Translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and specifications
* Design wireframes and documentation aligned with our design system
* Apply systems and design thinking to digital and physical service environments
* Champion inclusive, accessible, and customer-centric design
* Contribute to product strategy and roadmap using data and design thinking
* Facilitate design critiques and agile ceremonies
* Evolve our design system for scalability and consistency
* Measure post-launch impact and iterate based on insights
* You'll work closely with technical delivery squad
Experience & Skills
Essential:
* Proven ability to design digital products end-to-end in cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of API design principles and integration patterns (e.g., RESTful APIs, data flows, authentication) to ensure seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
* Ability to translate technical constraints into user-centric design solutions.
* Familiarity with tools and documentation standards for API-driven environments (e.g., Swagger, Postman) is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills to bridge design and technical requirements.
* Expertise in at least one domain:
o Cards (AS2805, ISO8583, 3Ds, Tokenisation etc)
o GenAI
o Payment (NPP, MPS, Digital banking)
o Graphic DB
o CommBiz
o Pega case management and design
* Strong SQL and data analysis skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
* Fraud and Scam domain knowledge
* SAS Fraud Management experience
* Experience with ETL, PRM, migration projects
* Agile methodology exposure
* Familiarity with vendors like MasterCard, Visa, DXC, FIS, Ethoca, Fircosoft, RSA, Pegasus
