Agronomist Job
We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our Northern team on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the Role
* Provide onsite agronomic and technical support to clients, recommending products and services that help them strengthen their business.
* Achieve allocated financial objectives and assist with product forecasting and inventory management.
* Promote branch staff upskilling by providing technical advice and product recommendations.
* Develop and foster professional relationships with existing and new clients.
In this role, you will be working closely with the branch team to provide expert agronomic advice, products and services that drive client success. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where your passion for agriculture drives meaningful outcomes for farmers and communities.

* You possess strong analytical skills and experience in agronomy, with a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective client relationships.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* You are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and community, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
