TBC Studios produces top chart podcasts across a range of industries working with some of Australia's favourite podcasts and influencers and specialising in building brands and creating podcasts that convert.
We're searching for someone who loves all things videography, understands how to STOP THE SCROLL, loves to find and lean into the latest trends and is excited to build solid growth strategies and initiative that align with our clients brands.
Additional hours and work available in our audio engineering/production team as well.
- You love podcasts and know these can create an incredible impact
- Creating 'viral' videos is something that excites you
- You have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and love creating
- You are proactive, take initiative and passionate about the success of our clients
- You believe in 'going hard' or 'going back to the studio'
- There's nothing that annoys you more than watching a video that just DOESN'T quite hit the mark and has a HUGE MISSED opportunity
- You have experience with multiple platforms
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building channel strategies for our clients incorporating their podcasts and ensuring this aligns with overall brand and content strategy
- Creating edits for Tiktok and reels using podcast recording footage
- Providing feedback and guidance for clients on videography setup
- Long form editing for Youtube including Thumbnail creation
- Identifying ways to constantly innovate and ensure these videos and audiograms stand out across each platform.
- Note - there is potential for you to take on additional responsibilities as a podcast producer and/or audio engineering_

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
