Permanent NFP Vacancy | Inner City Brisbane | Salary up to $90K+Super+Salary Sacrificing + AL (4 weeks)

Hays is assisting a leading not-for-profit organisation located in inner city Brisbane who is seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People and Culture Advisor will manage people-related activities across the employee life cycle.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- talent acquisition
- onboarding and offboarding
- supporting learning and development
- performance management and other employee relations matters
- supporting employee wellbeing
- managing change processes
- HR analytics and reporting.

This role will be the primary contact for employees and managers for all employment related queries and will assess and anticipate people-related needs, keeping the Head of People & Culture informed and is integral to supporting and building the capacity of managers to enhance the performance, culture, and capability within their teams.

The incumbent is a knowledgeable and innovative professional and adopts a flexible and collaborative style to successfully navigate a number of competing priorities. The role also has responsibility as the administrator for the HRIS, LMS and ATS.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or a related business discipline
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed skills in the administration and management of HRIS systems
- Understanding of the confidentiality that is required in the role
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Right to work in Australia
- Up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations
- Complete Satisfactory National Police Check
- Comfortable using a variety of web-based platforms
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Solid IT skills
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focussed approach
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
- Initiative, self-motivated and eagerness to learn
- Demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role
- Experience in contributing to and/or implementing wellbeing initiatives
