**Receptionist/ Client Experience Officer**:

Upwell Health Collective is growing at a rapid rate and we need a new receptionist/client experience team member to help us realise our vision of re-imagining healthcare in Australia.

**The role requirements**:

- A one-of-a-kind **Receptionist/ Client Experience Officer **with a burning desire to re-imagine the client experience in healthcare
- Reception and administrative duties
- Delivering WOW client experiences for our beloved community
- Support the day-to-day practice operations of the clinic
- Reporting to the Practice Manager
- Our operating hours are 7am - 8pm Monday to Thursday, 7am - 6pm Friday and Saturday 7am to 1pm.

**About you**:

- You are looking for a medium to long term position that you can settle into, with learning & development opportunities
- You LOVE building & fostering relationships with clients & communities (warm & bubbly persona)
- You are a multi-tasker & can hustle
- You are a time management extraordinaire
- You take initiative and know how to problem solve
- You go above and beyond to deliver WOW experiences to clients
- You have an innovative and collaborative mindset (no egos welcome)
- You will be able to commit to part-time hours (working a minimum of 30 hours per week) OR you are looking for a full-time role (38 hours).

**Your Experience**:

- **You will have experience working in reception/customer service** (favourable but not a necessity for the right culture fit)
- You have a passion for health & wellness
