Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in the Emergency Department at Echuca Regional Health.
Position 1: Registered Nurse – EFT negotiable, Part Time, Max Term August 2025 – June 2026
Key responsibilities include:
Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence-based nursing framework in accordance with legislation affecting nursing practice and health care
Actively participate in quality improvement activities including assessment of processes and patient outcomes, identification of patient risks and improvement opportunities, planning and implementing change
Ensure knowledge and skills remain current through attendance at regular education and training sessions and through reference to changes in policy, practice and guidelines
Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice relevant to the role
Actively participate in in-house education and training programs
Qualifications/experience required:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Post Graduate Qualifications in Emergency Nursing
1-2 years of Acute Care Nursing Experience
